Good sources for research on NYC Real Estate?
Hey everyone,
I’m working on a research paper and the topic is ‘What are some factors that
affected New York City real estate from 1998-2008?’
The only problem is I can’t seem to find any good sources to get my research done, I keep running into the current real estate market or books that help interpret the market or help find ‘the right home for you’
Does anyone know of any sources that could be useful here or any ideas of what I could do to not keep running into this problem?

You would have to check the Archives for the New York Post and the Times. Both do articles on NYC real estate and how it is. Or you could contact a Broker in the area and ask to do a phone interview.
